This machine takes GI/PPGI as raw material, through a series steps roll forming rollers, can produce the metal roofing sheets. We design the step numbers and rollers according to the roofing sheet profiles.
We provide two machine driving motor, one is electric motor, which have a low working price but machine cost is lower, one is hydraulic motor which have high working speed only a little price higher. The inverter controls the motor speed, the PLC system controls length and quantity automatically, therefore, the machine achieves a continuous automatic production, which is the ideal equipment for cold roll forming industry.

(include chain, bearing, roller,oil pipe, counting wheel) If more than 1 year, maybe some spare parts need to be charged. If machine can not work well, we can teach them online until the machine is perfect. If you need, we can go to your place to assist you. But you need to provide the cost of the engineer.
